The 42cast is proud to welcome star of the stage and screen, George Buza, to the show. George is best known as the voice of the Beast in X-Men: The Animated Series, X-Men ’97, and Spider-Man (1994). He is the only voice actor for the animated series to also appear in an X-Men film when he played the trucker who brought Rogue to Alaska in 1999’s, X-Men. He has also had significant roles in television series such as Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Sinbad, and The Strain. In this episode we talk to George about his career. We discuss how he got into acting, his favorite aspects of the craft, and various roles that he’s played along the way. We also do a deep discussion of his role as the Beast, discussing the aspects that he likes about the character, favorite moments, and and what he thinks about returning to play the character after thirty years.
