The original Lost in Space was a contemporary series of Star Trek, but it never got the same kind of following as the other sci-fi series. The storylines tended to be far more immature and the special effects left a lot to be desired. Yet, in 2018 Netflix decided to reboot the series. Taking the basic idea of the original series, they modernized it’s tale of the Robinson family, lost far away from the colony that they wish to travel to, finding ways to be true to the original series while garnishing it with our modern sensibilities. In this episode we discuss the new series, what we think of how it’s modified the original Lost in Space concept, how we feel about the characters, and what we think future plotlines hold.
Our five-minute controversy asks whether we’re upset about Marvel pulling their content from Netflix and whether we think that they’re continue the various series on Disney+.

Legion is a mind-trippy story about the most powerful mutant on Earth, who also suffers from severe mental illness. In this episode we stare into the abyss of season 2 and try to keep it from staring back into us. Along the way we come to conclusions, all of which are probably inaccurate. Still, we have a fun time. Along the way we talk about Gary’s teeth sweating, Anji reveals the true villain of the series, and Mike gives us the 411 on the “boyfriend test”. Marvel’s Inhumans made history by being the only MCU series to not be renewed for a second season. With controversial choice of showrunner, Scott Buck, helming the show, the series suffered from poor ratings and poor reception from the fanbase. In this episode we examine the Inhumans series and examine what went wrong. In addition we examine the context of the show and the usage of the characters within the fabric of the greater MCU as well as how the characters from adapted from their comics origin. We also talk about the things that we liked about the show. After that we talk about whether the MCU should scrub the show from the continuity or what we would do to salvage it in the ongoing Marvel narrative. 
Timeless gained a second year because the fans demanded it. In a season with reduced runtime and a lower budget Timeless fought for its very survival and told another interesting story through time. In this episode we delve into the changes between Timeless season 1 and season 2, talk about the growth in the characters, and what we think of the evolving Timeless storyline. Sadly, this episode was recorded before we knew that there would be a finale film, so our speculations on a season 3 will always remain just speculations. 
This week we go off-med as we discuss season one of Legion, the TV series about David Haller an incredibly powerful mutant with more than his fair share of personality. We talk about the characters, it’s placement in Fox’s X-Men universe, and what we want to see out of Legion and all of the mutant properties as they continue. 
It’s been over six months, since Thor: Ragnarok hit theaters. Teaming up Thor with the Hulk, the film boasted a higher humor content than previous movies in the Thor franchise and also ended up being the highest grossing film in the series to date.
