Nathan and Juliette embark on an epic journey to help an old man find his missing keys as they review the classic Doctor Who story, The Keys of Marinus. Along the way Juliette obsesses over how the group can travel to so many locations but never find pants for Altos. Nathan wants to know if “Voord” is a race or a lifestyle choice. They also discuss whether color or black and white brains are scarier, whether a floor of Legos effectively simulates glass, handy statues, and the best way to start a fire on top of ice. They also debate whether this serial inspired the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes Justice or A Matter of Perspective.
